CREATIVE LEARNING PATHS

AIMS

The main objective is to acquire creative competences, manual and expressive skills. Each partner institution embarks on a journey of professional growth by sharing / comparing the experiences gained through the project’s Arts Labs and creating all together a new creative syntax.
The different creative paths will join in a common understanding of innovation and will have been shaped by a common set of criteria.
Our partnership will develop learning paths focused on the increasing creativity in VET.
Methodologies deriving from contemporary needs, new ideas on making the teaching of the arts approachable and useful to enhance human values, education and personal growth will provide a new pedagogical experience of art as a whole.
Therefore, the subjects that we intend to address are related to the arts as knowledge acquired from experiences, elaboration, interpretation and comparison.
We shall develop artistic manual skills, music and dance skills, as a stimulus for creativity and originality, training tool and social inclusion as well.
The methodological approach will be developed through the elaboration of flexible learning paths based on the active participation of trainees in the training process.
The creativity in the training paths becomes a tool aiming also to improve the relationship between trainees and trainers.
Concrete outcomes will be Arts Labs for manual, music, drama and dance skill which will have in common a shared European vision and will be the result of a European partnership. These will be made transferable to all interested VET as a reference in the emerging of new creative applications in  vocational learning environment.
To achieve the objectives we intend to have an approach that implies strong communication, international meetings, local activities, creation of common tools such as website, press releases, internal reports and evaluations.
At the kick-off meeting a strategy to overcome barriers in communication  will be decided.
A common protocol of rules to be certain that all partners will have their own word on all issues concerning the project’s  developments  will be arranged and the Evaluation reports from each participant will be given the utmost attention.
